Psychotherapy
I am an extensively trained clinical psychologist with more than 30 years of experience in the field of psychotherapy. My practice integrates multiple therapeutic modalities, with a primary specialization in psychodynamic psychotherapy. My approach is informed by relational psychology, family systems theory, and cognitive behavioral therapy.
I believe that insight-oriented work offers a powerful lens through which clients can understand the connections between past experiences and present challenges. This deeper awareness supports meaningful and lasting therapeutic change. I offer both long-term psychotherapy and brief, focused counseling for adults, adolescents, couples, and families who are navigating emotional distress, interpersonal impasses, or significant life transitions.
My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore, understand, and resolve conflicting internal and relational dynamics. Over the years I have supported many individuals and families in moving through emotional struggles and returning to a more authentic, balanced, and fulfilling life.
