I bring a unique perspective to the organizational setting, working to resolve conflict and create a flourishing workplace environment. I work in the Private and Nonprofit sectors, specializing in NGOs, family-owned businesses and small private practice groups where people have reached an overall breakdown in communications and an impasse in relational systems. I am often called upon to address unresolved differences that are creating tensions and anger, and morale and productivity are down. I employ my extensive knowledge of and experience in systems theory as well as the psychological principals of mutual communication assisting leaders, managers, and key stakeholders in understanding their impact on others and how they may contribute to conflict. I integrate organizational interventions with critical analysis and socio-cultural perspectives and work collaboratively to achieve the highest level of exchange for a productive and exceptional workplace.
