Dr. Cohen brings
a unique perspective to the organizational setting, working to resolve
conflict and create a flourishing work place environment. She works
primarily with family owned businesses and small private practice
groups where people have reached an overall breakdown in communications
and an impasse in relational systems. She is often called in because
there are unresolved differences that are creating tensions and
anger, and morale and productivity are down. Diane employs her extensive
knowledge of and experience in systems theory as well as the psychological
principals of mutual communication assisting leaders, managers and
key employees to understand their impact on others and how they
may contribute to conflict. She integrates organizational interventions
